8mR World Cup 2008

Royal Norwegian Yacht Club (KNS)
is pleased to welcome you to the International 8 metre World Championship.

The sailing will take place just off the Hankø island in open water, where wind and sea conditions are quite predictable.

The World Championship will be a central part of celebrating the 125th anniverary of Royal Norwegian Yacht Club. Many sailors have memories of the jubilee races in 1983 with King Olav sailing his Sira. Now King Harald is following up the tradition from his father and will be a keen participant with fully refurbished Sira.
